With our combination of Asana and Microsoft Teams, we have been able to streamline all the conversation into two places — project related in Asana and department-specific on Teams. Our action items, needed information, and feedback is now all in one easy to access place.

Transparency

By having all project information accessible, our entire team has a better understanding of the goals. We have found that this has led to a greater feeling of ownership by the team members. By the team having a top-down view of the tasks at hand and the who is expected to complete the items allows us to save time.
